After five years, we decided to sell our condo in Willoughby and move to the west side which is closer to my work. It is hard to see our house on the market for sale because we love it and put a lot of work into it. http://5436bcascadecourt.howardhanna.com

The last day at Washington DC, we went to the Lincoln Memorial and Jefferson Memorial. Here is Lincoln Memorial front.

最後一天在華盛頓 我們去了林肯和傑佛遜紀念堂 這裡是林肯紀念堂前面

In the evening, we headed to American Art Museum. This is actually lcoated in China Town.

After the Holocause museum, we went to the Trade Center for food. This picture of my mom shows how cold it was.

I have to stop updating the Washington trip for few days because my laptop is down and all the pictures are on there

While my mom was in Cleveland, I took her to the zoo. Since it is winter time, when you buy the ticket, you get to go to the Rain Forest, too. My mom and I did not go to the Rain Forest last time, so xiao-pang and I get use the tickets.

The second day we went to see Washington Monument, saw White House and visted Holocause Museum. This is on the way to see Washington Monument.

DC is a really pretty city. A lot of buildings are European style.

第二天我們去看華盛頓紀念碑 白宮還有希特勒屠殺博物館 這是去看華盛頓紀念碑的途中 華盛頓是個很美麗的城市 很多建築都有歐洲的風味

每次我媽來我一定會想一個靠近俄亥俄州的地方帶她去 不然光在克里夫蘭很無聊 這次我們選了華盛頓 因為開車只要六小時

我們很幸運去的那天暴風雪已停 不過可以看出從地上積雪深厚

Everytime my mom came, I always think of a place to take her. Otherwise just staying in Cleveland is too boring. This time we picked Washington DC, because it only takes six hours to get there.

Behind xiao-pang is the Natural History museum. The Natural History museum is right across from SmithSonian Castle.

小胖身後就是自然歷史博物館 自然歷史博物館就在史密斯城堡對面

Mom finally comes to Cleveland to visit me again. After the CA trip, she flew back to Cleveland with us. She was afraid that the winter here will be too harsh for her, but she seems to adjust well and she is very excited to see snow.

Of course we have to take to our famous sushi buffet - Watami.

我媽總於來克里夫蘭看我了 在加洲玩完後 她就跟我們一起飛回克里夫蘭 她原本擔心這邊的天氣會凍傷她 但其實她適應的滿好的 還很興奮看到雪

My aunt wants to treat her husband side of the family for dinner, so everybody went. This is a ten course meal. I am not sure why my aunt is making that face.

They first sent free dishes which are nuts mixed with sour cabbage and chicken feet. My mom loves chicken feet. Chicken feet has a lot of collegen, so I guess that's why her skin is so good.

我阿姨要請表姐她爸爸那邊的人吃飯 所以我們大家都一起去了 看了一下加甜點有十樣菜 這張大阿姨不知在想什麼
