唉 我真是很久沒更新部落格了 因為覺的好像都沒人來看 所以就懈怠了 這個是十月分參加的粉比節 好像是第一次舉辦 在美術館外面的花園

可以說是人山人海 不知道要如何參加 然後是要自己帶粉筆還是舉辦單位給的

有些人真的很有創意

我們每年都會去創造力節 基本上這是一個慶祝創意力的慶典 有很多新潮藝術家的作品展示在這裡 今年又是在克里夫蘭市中心的湖畔區

 Every year we go to Ingenuity Fest. Basically this is a festival that celebrates artistic ideas. A lot of artists exhibit their creations here. This year it is hosted at Cleveland pier dock in Cleveland again.

這裡是湖邊廢棄的倉庫 剛好做為創造力節的場地  早上下過雨 所以地上有水 看起來有點髒

They use the abandoned warehouse as the location, it rained in the morning, so there is water puddle. The place always looks a little dirty.

幾個禮拜前我們去了一趟龐德申國家公園 因為附近的公園都去過了 所以我們決定去遠一點的國家公園看看 我們以為在一個室外商圈附近 所以去之前先去那裡溜答

這裡有好多鴨鴨 小正恩很興奮

Few weeks ago we went to the Punderson park. Because we have been to almost all the state parks near our house, we decided to explore further. We thought that it was near Aurora outlet, so we stopped there to walk around first.

我好像拉他的手在孽待他 哈

This looks like I am torturing him by pulling his hands so hard, ha

又到了動物農場免費進去的星期日囉  

It is farm park free entry date again!    

現在要跟小童照相越來越難囉 他看東看西就是不看鏡頭

逛完宜室宜家後也該去吃晚餐了 我們原本要吃這家在網上評價不錯的魚公司餐廳 它們賣一些海鮮類的食物 也有壽司 沒想到它們不做晚餐 下午四點就關門了 殘念

After Ikea, we headed to strip to eat dinner. We were going for this Fish Company restaurant, they have pretty good evaluations online, they sell fresh seafood and they also have sushi. But I cannot believe that they close at 4:00pm, so we missed it this time

這裡是有名的市場街 早上很熱鬧 不過晚上就比較沒什麼人 就剩一些餐廳開著 街上隨便照幾張

 Here is the strip. It is very popular in the morning, but toward the evenings, there are only some restaurants open.

上周是美國國定假日 小胖多請了一天假 所以我們決定到賓州走走 第一站宜室宜家!

Last week was labor day weekend, xiao-pang took an additional day off. We decided to go to IKEA in Pennslyvania.

其實我們也沒有要買什麼(沒有錢, 哈哈) 但好久沒來所以來看看 說不定對佈置家會有新意

We did not plan to buy anything, (don't have the budget anyway, haha) but since we haven't came here for a long time, we decided to stop by and maybe I will get some ideas about decorating the house

我們這個月又跑去坐了兩次小火車 因為是夏天所以他們七月和八月排了兩次小火車時間 不然每個月通常只有一次小火車 我們有一次邀請了朋友一起去坐

We went to the min train ride again and twice this month. Because it is summer time, they have the mini trains twice in July and August. Otherwise, it is usually once a month. We invited Naomi to go one time.

每一年我們都懷抱希望買票來看夢之屋 哈 今年也不例行 今年夢之屋蓋在離家大概二十分鐘的城市 外觀看起來很不錯

Every year we held hope to buy ticket to see the YMCA dream house. This year is no exception. The dream house this year is built in Concore. The outside looks nice.

這裡是美國固特異輪胎與橡膠公司富豪弗蘭克·希柏林所請人建造的 他把這裡叫史丹休伊特 在老舊的英文裡是指鑿石場的意思 而這也是這裡地點最早的用途 在這之後弗蘭克·希柏林的家人把這裡捐給慈善機構做保留 開放給大眾參觀 他以前住的豪宅現在是博物館還有一大片地是植物園

這裡是遊客中心 賣票還有紀念品 裡面還有一個小小咖啡廳 建築物也是很漂亮

The estate was built for F. A. Seiberling, founder of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He gave it the name Stan Hywet, Old English for stone quarry, to reflect the site's earlier use and the most prominent feature of the estate. The Seiberling family donated Stan Hywet to a non-profit organization for its preservation. It is now a historic house museum and country estate, open seasonally to the public.

小胖上禮拜休假 我們開車去了另一個城市 要去看一座很有名的古堡和花園 順道要去吃中餐想到這家很久以前去過的自助日本料理 就決定是它了

Last week xiao-pang took a day off. We drove to Akron to see Stan Hewett Garden and Castle. We stopped Yellow Tail for lunch. We came here a while ago, we thought of it and decided to eat here.
