Ah, Hawaii diary is finally coming to the end. This is the last day we are on the Maui island. We walked on the beach one last time. Both of us were smiling but crying inside
夏威夷日記總算要告一段落了 這是我們在島上最後一天 我們在沙灘上走最後一次 我們兩表面上微笑 心裡在流淚
Ah...now writing this posting makes me miss Maui so bad
阿 現在寫這篇讓我真是很想念那裡
下次再來又不知是幾年後了

We went to see the buddiest statu on the island.

The last meal we picked vietnamese food. It was the best choice ever. We could not find the restaurant at the begining because there is no sign. Xiao-pang was dying of the hunger hence the dreadful face.
我們最後一餐選了越南菜 沒想到這真是最棒的選擇 起先我們還找不到餐廳 因為外面沒有招牌 小胖快餓死了 所以臉有菜色

We ordered fried shrimp for appetizer. I haven't seen the sugar cane wrapped in shrimp for a long time
我們點了炸蝦球當前菜 阿 好久沒看到用蝦包甘蔗的吃法了
You get a piece of lettuce, some noodle and fried shrimp and wrap it together. There is dipping sauce. The flavor is simple, but it brings out the flavor of the shrimp even more.
你用生菜包蝦包麵條沾醬吃 味道清淡但是更可以吃出蝦的味道
This is like hot pot. But you don't drink the soup. The soup is very heavy and sour, there are a lot of different kind of herb in there.
這個是像小火鍋一樣的菜 不過你不喝湯 這個湯很酸裡面有很多不同種類的植物 
You put mean and vegetable inside to cook it

Once it is cooked, you wrap everything in the rice wrap
味道很棒 有點酸辣
The flavor is very good, sour and spicy. 
This is one of the best fish dishes I have ever eaten. It is using curry sauce, very spicy and heavy flavor. You could eat couple bowl of rice just with this

Afterwards we went to Iao Valley park to walk around. There are a lot of different country's old style houses.
之後我們去島上的Iao公園走走 這裡有很多不同國家古代的房子

Before we head to the airport, we stopped by the guri guri place to enjoy the guri guri one last time. We were all tempted to go back after four scoops, but we did not.
在去機場前我們到這家第一天來吃的冰店 享受最後一次冰 吃完四杓冰後 我們都很想再來四杓冰 不過最後還是沒有
